Angle-Merge
MERGING DIVERGING OPERATIONS

Angle Flo
When you need to facilitate the merging or diverging of two conveyor lines in a smooth and efficient manner. The Angle-Flo utilizes a patented low-friction air bearing to allow continuous belt change direction and form a high-speed angular conveying surface. Even with the use of high speeds it gives whisper quite operation. Key features include a spring take-up tension system and an ultra low friction angle air bar. It is designed for heavy duty applications and sustained high-speed operation.

Angle-Flo® XA
Portec Flomaster Angle-Flo XA Conveyors facilitate the merging or diverging of two conveyor lines in a smooth and efficient manner. The conveyor belt is driven by its bottom side contacting a heavy duty lagged drive roll. Contamination of the belt surface does not effect the conveyor operation. The XA is the airless version of the Portec Angle-Flo for medium speeds or intermittant high speed operation.
Models & Technical Specifications

Angle-Flo® AB
This belt conveyor is specifically designed for rugged airport baggage handling operations. Heavy duty, all steel construction with uni-strut channels for attaching elecrical conduit. External bearings for easy maintenance. No air source is required and the spring-tensioned drive roll self-adjusts for temperature and load variations. The drive roll contacts bottom side of belt and is less effected by contamination.
