Dave Rebata
Vice President, Sales
“I am constantly challenged to diversify my knowledge as well as my responsibilities here at FloStor. Whether it was managing the Finance Group, the Installation and Service Group, Project Management, or the Sales Group, I would jump at the opportunity to learn the operations of each department and contribute what I could toward the success of the company.”
It is not often that a person spends their entire career with one company, but David has. He stayed with the company through good times and bad, and has always done the jobs that no one else was willing to do. Having David as a member of the Executive Committee at FloStor is a great asset to the company. In keeping with the success of the team selling approach, David works hard to keep that philosophy as a strong foundation within the Sales Group. His next challenge is to expand, educate and nurture a Sales Group that will be well prepared to meet the challenges in our growing and competitive business environment.

Chuck Ireland
Vice President, System Sales
“I am very proud to be part of FloStor. From the first day we were open for business, it has always been understood that this company was created to be the best Material Handling Systems Integrator in the United States. We have always hired the best people and allowed them to flourish. Today we are the best, and we have the awards to prove it. Bob Weeks created an environment that has allowed me to create and implement creative solutions to our customer’s problems. Initially I designed the systems, sold the systems, and then provided installation project management. Today we have complete “teams” that design and implement even better solutions. Now I have the advantage of professional support staff, along with twenty more years of experience.”
Chuck’s strength is understanding the customer’s application, timing, limitations, and creating a concept that that fits within their budget. His scope and responsibility has always been to understand what happens from the receipt of goods through the manufacturing and configuration process resulting in a finished product that can be shipped and invoiced. Known throughout the industry for his creativity, Chuck has always been forthcoming about sharing his experience and knowledge with fellow employees and customers.

Keith Bawa
Corporate Controller
“I am really proud to be a part of this organization. I admire Bob's vision of quality "at all costs". I know even I cannot change or in any way influence the "at all costs" philosophy. As a member of the Executive Committee, I am really excited to contribute to FloStor's planned growth and success.”
Keith joined FloStor in November 1998. He oversees all financial and accounting operations. Keith wears many hats at FloStor. His responsibilities include administration, human resources and information systems. He is also involved in corporate development activities including strategic planning and analyzing potential acquisition candidates. David Almquist
Manager of Engineering
"I think the most rewarding part of working at FloStor is the opportunity I have had to grow in my own skill set with the growth of the company. Bob places a great deal of trust in the abilities of his employees, and that confidence inspires good performance."
David joined the FloStor Engineering team in 1986 as the company was establishing itself as a significant player in the field of materials handling. David's responsibilities over the years have been multifarious, including customer service, order processing, invoicing and job costing. Currently, David's responsibilities include systems layout and special equipment design. David also serves as the in-house computer network administrator, providing day-to-day maintenance of the servers and individual workstations.

Jim Johnson
Senior Account Executive
"The customer understands their business model and their needs… no one understands the business better than the customer. My job is to figure out how to implement effective material handling in that context. Admittedly it comes very easy to me. Modeling tools have their place, but you have to have the experience to apply them. I act as an agent of the client to minimize risk and reduce cost. I'm the first one to question a complex approach. My three principles are: data driven designs, financial justification, and risk mitigation. You only buy what helps to reduce the costs of the goods going out the door and improve the service level to the end user."
Jim's understanding of material handling solutions is hands-on and intuitive. Jim began his career as a millwright. His teambuilding skills quickly led to senior management positions on multi-million dollar projects. The transition from project management to sales was reluctant but a natural fit for his skills and vision. Over the past 7 years, Jim has been the leading force in some of the nation's major design-build total warehouse process improvement projects… projects for companies such as Genesco, Nike, Nortel Networks, Scholastic Books, and O'Reilly Auto Parts.
